This only proves #socialism is an idealogy invented by the capitalists to lure people with freebies, keep them underskilled and always expecting #freebies and once the honeymoon period is over, take control of their country’s natural resources.

#uber might expect to be profitable in the next 20 to 30 years in hashtag. #America with the self driving car concept. But this concept can never succeed in India with #autos and bikes making unpredictable moves while driving.

Generally Any capitalistic companies following a socialistic model will surely fail.

  1. Offering things for free/discount
  2. Crush the competitors
  3. Make the consumers used to luxury/convenience because of freebies/discounts. The consumers will eventually be hesitant to move out of the luxury zone.
  4. Once monopoly has reached, increase the price.

The same happens in all socialistic countries. This only proves #socialism is an idealogy invented by the capitalists to lure people with freebies, keep them underskilled and always expecting #freebies and once the honeymoon period is over, take control of their country’s natural resources. In case of MNC companies like Amazon India, Uber India etc., These companies discounted the price and surely crushed the competitors, but still they will fail. In case of real world socialism, people becomes unskilled to work as they were used to freebies. Likewise, in case of digital socialism, freebies and offers will surely make the people used to luxury, convenience, but they wont be dependent (the companies call this as customer loyalty) on one company. In case of real world socialism, the people will be entirely dependent on government, and this government can easily be controlled by the capitalistic masters to take control of a bigger money earner – The natural resources. So eventually money spent on freebies in the guise of socialism will be regained through natural resources.

But digital socialism is completely different, because there is no alternative revenue earner (Similar to natural resources in case of the real life socialism). So these companies have to rely completely on people’s dependency on them (Customer loyalty). But people are basically hoppers. They wont be dependent (Loyal) just because a company like uber or amazon.com once upon a time gave them freebies.

The better alternatives for smaller Cab companies to compete with Uber in developing countries like India with unpredictable traffic/roads might be to build a similar software and charge a fixed monthly fees for using the software to drivers. I have interacted with many drivers while driving uber/ola and shared the idea. They were pretty excited and said they would be very happy if this concept is launched. The drivers are always angry that, all the hard work is done by them, but these companies charge 20% + as commission and taxes which angers the drivers.
