Its not possible for the entire crowd to become a leader as there will be no followers left and no work can be done without followers as the leaders mostly give command and intelligence.
Do not teach the kids to be a leader.
Do not convince them at an young age that they are unique.
Both are perfect examples of a bad parenting. Be aware that, No one is unique in this world. The positive contributions that each one offer to this earth is what makes them unique.
Teach them that all creatures including a bacteria is life and is as important as their life. Teach them that nothing is created for the consumption of humans. Teach them the value of contributing positively to the society.++
