Seniors response to Hibrid chat bots is higher than Automated Chatbots

When working on optimizing a Chat bot for my ex company, I particularly found that having a Hybrid bot results in extremely high conversions than having a
AI based bot
Or a human only bot.

I worked with the chatbot company to convert the existing bot to a hybrid model whre users are given choices to select then and then inviting them to fill their contact details details and then connecting with human specialists results in better conversion

Particularly had good response from senior citizens
